First off, ordered via phone and the merchant was as nice as she could be. Next, extremely fast shipping. Delivery was a breeze, no damage whatsoever . Building it was easier and quicker than expected a9read all the reviews and the complaints about enough time and difficulty are absurd) took me 2 3/4 hours to place it together and I have a disability. The set is completely BEAUTIFUL!! Better than expected. Performing a beachy/costal theme in my own small dining area and the Olivia nook is perfect For the current price, it is quite the bargain. Strongly suggested, this set will easily fit into any type d?cor. LOVE this set and as always, Wayfair rocks !!!

This is our first wayfair purchase and we are incredibly happy with it. The assembly instructions were mostly useless but we just used the picture online here as reference and had it together in about thirty minutes. Wipes clean very easily and no stains or scratches so far, despite having a 5 and 4 year old eating 3 meals a trip to it.

I read a huge amount of the reviews before ordering and was skeptical about ordering simply because of the negative feedback on the condition of that due to shipping. We ordered four. They came in two boxes. All the metal was wrapped, so there is no chance of anything getting scratched. The seats were in a separate box inside the box. The hardware was mounted on the items. I used to be happy with the condition of the merchandise when it arrived. The one drawback will there be are no assembly instructions. But only a little common sense tells you where to position the 8 screws. Easy assembly. I got afraid the seat upholstery might look cheap, but I love it. The chairs are comfortable and appearance great. This is a GREAT purchase for the purchase price! Pros: The purchase price is great. Quality of product is exceptional. Cons: No cons

I almost gave 4 stars, due the messy fluffy airy styrofoam it came packaged in. However there's not even one little thing lacking about the stools themselves. Soft buttery vegan leather -- you can't tell the difference. Clean smooth stitching, nice cushiony padding, and sturdy. Plastic ring underneath to safeguard the floor. Perfect contemporary, space saving design. The seat still feels roomy and solid under my rear end.
